Erik is the founder and CEO of TAG. He is passionate about leveraging technology to empower, connect, and enhance the lives of people everywhere. He previously co-founded the advertising agency, Saffron Project and the LA-based production studio, McNulty Nielsen. He is an internationally recognized game creator, having won a Global Game of the Year nomination for his board game LINQ. Erik recently led Marketing Strategy at Southwest Airlines and has spent 20+ years advising numerous Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Verizon, P&G, Nike, MasterCard, MSN, The Oprah Winfrey Network, XBOX, Yahoo, and eBay. Erik is a lifelong tech enthusiast, having started his career at Accenture as a software developer. He and his wife Kellie reside in Dallas, Texas where they try their best to keep up with their twin children, Foster and Ellington.

After receiving his Ph.D. from Stanford University in 1983, Dr. Telch completed a post-doctoral fellowship in behavioral medicine and cardiovascular epidemiology in the Department of Psychiatry and the Center for Disease Prevention at Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Telch joined the clinical psychology faculty at the University of Texas at Austin in 1986 where he is currently Professor and founding director of the Laboratory for the Study of Anxiety Disorders and former Director of Clinical Training. He is a fellow of the Association for Psychological Science and the Association for the Advancement of Preventative Psychology. Dr. Telch is internationally recognized for his scientific research on the nature and treatment of panic, phobias and anxiety-related disorders. He has served as a scientific advisor to the National Institute of Mental Health’s Anxiety Disorders Education Program and the National Institute of Mental Health’s Panic Disorder Program. His published work has tackled a broad range of questions related to the nature and treatment of pathological fear across the full spectrum of anxiety disorders, and have utilized multiple research strategies including clinical trials, prospective longitudinal risk studies, experimental psychopathology, and controlled laboratory manipulations of cognitive, behavioral, and pharmacological strategies during exposure therapy. In addition, many of the graduate students that Dr. Telch has trained have gone on to make significant contributions to the field of anxiety disorders.

Dr. Tricia Doud
Dr. Tricia Doud is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been serving the Los Angeles area in a successful private practice for over a decade.
In conjunction to this work, she has served as a faculty member for extended periods at the University of California Los Angeles Neuropsychiatric Institute Departments of Psychiatry and Psychology, Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, as well as other professional appointments at graduate level universities.
She is considered an expert in her field and has worked with some of the leading researchers, academics and clinicians at the forefront of mental health interventions and advancements (i.e. at top world renowned institutes including The Menninger Clinic/Baylor Medical Center, UCLA Biobehavioral Sciences Center, Miami Children’s Hospital).
Dr. Doud has been recognized as a National Institute of Mental Health funded Postdoctoral Scholar, an American Psychological Association Accredited Predoctoral Intern, as well as a recipient of the Harris and Infant Mental Health Certification upon completion of an elective fellowship. She has also received research awards from the Uniformed Services Health Sciences Center and was contracted to supervise and assist developing an international program funded by the Department of Defense, where she traveled the world implementing psychological resources to military members and their families.
Her work has been published in various formats, including peer reviewed articles and chapters, and she has frequently been interviewed for her expertise via news formats such as the Huffington Post, and the American Foreign Press.
Her experience providing psychological interventions covers vastly diverse populations, including those who are impoverished and lacking resources, as well as elite celebrities and professionals.
Throughout her career, her interests have remained focused on providing preventative psychological care and tools before crisis arrives. To reflect this passion early on, her dissertation (and primary research) was titled, Fostering Resilience in Inner City Youth.
Dennis B. McMurray
Dennis B. McMurray has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investment advisor, and technology professional. He served as the Founder & Managing Director of Investments for Bridge Wealth Management Group, a comprehensive financial services firm dedicated to helping individuals, foundations, and corporations improve their financial health. Dennis’ financial services career spanned nearly two decades. His entrepreneurial spirit kick-in and he began his technology pivot and co-founded the mobile application 2Truths and a Lie. He was instrumental to its success by spearheading the Go-To-Market strategy along with initiating the gamification optimizations for the platform. Dennis later helped launch the technology platform VERB. VERB, a Nasdaq company is recognized as the leader in interactive video CRM. Today, Dennis is the COO of TAG and oversees operations, sales and business development. A Southern California native, Dennis earned his B.A. at Long Beach State University, and attended graduate school at the University of Southern California. His passion for helping others has been a hallmark his entire life.
Dr. Phil Wong

Dr. Phil Wong is the Chief Executive Officer at Gateways Hospital & Mental Health Center in Los Angeles, in which he oversees acute care and outpatient clinics, ancillary and support services
He started his collegiate career at the University of Irvine attaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, and later attended John F. Kennedy University where he completed his Doctorate in Psychology. In 2002 he started at Gateways as a Forensic Therapist, and shortly after progressed to Clinical Supervisor, Director of Quality Improvement/Risk Management, Chief Operations Officer, and eventually head of Gateway’s organization as its Chief Executive Officer.
Dr. Wong has remained extremely dedicated to his work, and continues to work hard in providing the type of mental health resources that underserved populations lack.
Hala Khouri, M.A., SEP, E-RYT, has been teaching yoga and the movement arts for over 25 years and has been doing clinical work and trainings for 15 years. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and an M.A. in Community Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She is currently working on her doctorate in Community Psychology with an emphasis on Liberation Studies and Eco Psychology. Hala is trained in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based psychotherapy that helps resolve trauma and its symptoms.
Hala is a co-founder of Off the Mat, Into the World, a training organization that bridges yoga and activism within a social justice framework. She leads trauma informed yoga trainings nationally. She has been in private practice for 10 years working with individuals and couples. Hala also works with A Thousand Joys training direct service providers and educators to be trauma informed and culturally responsive. She is a sought-after speaker and trainer on the subject of trauma, yoga and social justice. She lives in Venice, CA with her husband and two sons where she also teaches public yoga classes weekly.

Dr. Jody Adewale has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. He is a licenced psychologist in Los Angeles California and has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (CSPP) with a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy; and a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
Jody’s work with children includes psychotherapy at residential facilities and within hospital settings; on pediatric and adolescent units. He also has done individual and group psychotherapy for children with learning difficulties, as well as, psychological testing to identify their specific areas of deficit. Furthermore, Jody has worked with inner city children and their families, providing psychological support as well as education in the areas of; drug addiction, behavior/emotional disorders, learning deficits, and utilizing mental health.
Jody is dedicated to his work and searches to identify ways that improve the lives which he encounters. As an enthusiastic individual and a former football player at the University of Southern California, Jody offers a unique perspective and genuine warmth to the field of psychology

Andrea Bastiani Archibald, PhD is a developmental psychologist, thought leader and board member. She works with purpose-driven brands to engage and further the well-being, passions and potential of their teams, customers and stakeholders while advancing business objectives and driving social impact. She advises organizations and speaks as an authority on leadership development, diversity and inclusion, parenting and family dynamics, the intersection of social, emotional and physical health, and cultural influences on youth.
Andrea was an executive at Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) for over 10 years, where she developed and implemented national strategic initiatives and partnerships to better serve the needs of today’s girls and families. She was the national spokesperson for the organization, authored numerous program resources, and provided the child development expertise that powers the popular Raising Awesome Girls hub on GSUSA’s website.
Prior to joining GSUSA, Andrea was an assistant professor of psychology at Concordia College. Over the years, her work has been published in numerous academic volumes and peer-reviewed journals in the fields of child and adolescent development, including the Journal of Research on Adolescence and the International Journal of Eating Disorders. Her expertise has earned her media appearances on The Today Show, Good Morning America, Fox News, CNN, NPR, BuzzFeed, and Mashable, and in such publications as the Washington Times, Fast Company, and Parents magazine.
Andrea received her doctoral and postdoctoral training at Columbia University’s National Center for Children and Families. During this time, she was also a Mellon fellow at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, where she researched and developed programs for girls and women with anxiety, obsessive compulsive and eating disorders.

Brandon Hancock is Managing Director at Chapwood Investments responsible for developing and maintaining new client relationships with a primary focus on working with families and individuals in the sports and business sector. He is visible in the Los Angeles community due in large part to his collegiate football career and for his former role as an ESPN radio/television personality.
Mr. Hancock is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and also completed his master’s degree at the Annenberg School of Communication with an emphasis in Entertainment. Mr. Hancock won two national championships as an honorary captain of the Trojan football team and was named Academic All-Pac 10 and Student Athlete of the Year in 2005. He was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society, is a member of the Skull and Dagger Honor Society as well as USC’s varsity debate team, and finished his scholastic career among the top 25 of his graduating class.
Prior to joining Chapwood Investments, Mr. Hancock worked with The Schulten Group of Wells Fargo Advisors and Barron’s top 1,000 firms. Preceding his transition into the financial services industry, Brandon served as a sports commentator and broadcast analyst for the University of Southern California, Fox Sports West, ABC Sports, and ESPN. In addition to his on-air duties, Mr. Hancock successfully marketed and operated events for the ESPN family of networks, authored monthly editorial columns, and managed relationships with key sponsors.
Mr. Hancock continues to serve on the Oversight Committee for Athletic and Academic Affairs at USC is a guest lecturer on various panels within the school and remains active in the sports media field.
Chez Rueda. As the Head of People at Singularity University, Chez manages all aspects of Human Resources for the company and is driven by the philosophy that if all people are given the right systems, support and opportunity, they are capable of exponential greatness. She is committed to creating an environment for managers to develop highly engaged employees and for all employees to feel valued and successful.
In her previous role on the People Team at Omidyar Network, Chez managed people data, created policies and served as a peer coach working with employees on topics such as giving and receiving feedback, goal setting and work-life balance. Prior to Omidyar Network Chez’s career focused on retail customer service and management at companies including Nordstrom and Restoration Hardware.
Chez graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in business administration and management from Notre Dame de Namur University and holds certifications in Holistic Wellness and Life Coaching from the ICF accredited Health Coach Institute. Chez, herself, is a ‘survivor’ of generalized anxiety disorder and postpartum depression and a firm believer that people need to be able to tap into a variety of resources to help support mental wellbeing. Chez is excited to see how TAGTM, “The Anxiety GameTM”, becomes part of that network of treatment.
Chez grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to the Bay Area almost 20 years ago. She lives with her husband, Craig, son, Hunter, and crazy dog, Leroy. They enjoy being outdoors, DIY-remodeling, and spending time with friends.
Eric Davis, a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, began his career in Account Management at GSD&M working on The Southwest Airlines, Pennzoil, and Land Rover brands. When Land Rover moved their global business to Young & Rubicam, Eric traded brisket for sushi and moved to Southern California. He led the global marketing efforts for Range Rover and Range Rover Sport while at Y&R.
For the last 15 years, Eric has been at RPA, a full-service marketing agency in Santa Monica. Eric led RPA’s effort on Honda SUVs for several years. He is currently Senior Vice President, Group Account Director leading the following brands: Southwest Airlines, La-Z-Boy, BP Brands ampm & ARCO, Pocky, Tiki Tok, and Cedar Sinai. Diverse agency Experience and a Strong track record of growing client’s business.
Erik Stone has worked in various facets of the entertainment industry for over two decades, initially as on-air talent hosting a teen magazine show and, most recently, at the leading edge of healthcare and consumer-facing streaming video. After studying English Literature at UCLA and dipping his toe in the water as a commercial editor, Erik started his first specialty video production company in the martial arts space. He returned to traditional entertainment working in feature film development and physical production for one of Hollywood’s most prolific Producers, John Davis. While working on-set of some Hollywood’s biggest family-film franchises, on the side he was writing and producing some of the earliest and most popular video content for social media pioneer, MySpace, with frequent collaborator and TAG founder, Erik Nielsen. Erik left Davis to manage writers and directors and sell original script ideas to the studios from talent management firm, ROAR. During a writers’ strike he launched their alternative TV Department and went on to produce unscripted TV series and specials for The CW, Sony Pictures Television, Comedy Central and Fox. He joined the founding team of video streaming start-up, TV4 Entertainment, which he helped grow into an exciting production, content aggregation and distribution operation that made Fast Company’s 2019 list of “Most Innovative Companies: Film and TV.” He has produced dozens of hours of content for interest-specific streaming channels, series for outlets like Hulu and Virgin Airlines, theatrically-released feature films and a celebrated documentaries. An invitation to present to one of the world’s largest cancer clinical trial organizations about the importance of video in patient acquisition and retention became the entry point to producing and live-streaming cancer-related content. After producing award-winning pieces for hospital groups and organizations around specific diseases and patient cohorts, Erik and TV4 decided to spin out DHN (Digital Health Networks) as a leader in disease-specific streaming video channels. He’s on the Advisory Committee of USC’s Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Program and SWOG Cancer Research Network’s Digital Engagement Committee.

Fabrizio Zappaterra is a Partner of Lion Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on the consumer sector. Prior to joining Lion Capital, Fabrizio led Naga Partners, a search and development vehicle backed by Lion. He began his private equity career in Europe at Lion Capital, serving as an intern during business school and later as an Associate and then Principal. He subsequently held senior positions at Silver Point Capital, Apollo Management, and Searchlight Capital Partners. Prior to joining Lion during business school, he worked four years in M&A advisory and private equity in New York City. He is a director of Hunter Boot Limited, DMC Crafts Group, and Temperley London, and additionally serves as chairman of Rum Kitchen and Gruppo Menghi. Fabrizio received his BS in Quantitative Economics and his BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. He also holds an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller scholar.
Greg Siefkin is a proven solution sales and business development executive with over 19 years of multi-level strategic sales experience, developing and maintaining relationships with fortune 500, fortune 1000 companies, major motion picture studios, broadcasters and advertising agencies that exchange data or distribute content.
His roles have involved creating and delivering company wide sales strategies and has held Senior Executive positions at IBM, Open Text, Neudesic, Technicolor and more.
Greg has a passion for new technology and its impact on business, both in terms of operations and launching new, innovative products and services into the marketplace.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his 12-year old son LUKE and sunny days boating on the lake.
A Marketing veteran with 20 years of diverse industry experience, Jessie’s reputation is built on her deep comfort with data, innovation mindset, strategic thinking ability, and belief that Marketing can be a force for good in the world. She is thrilled to be able to unite her beliefs and her skills to solve a personally relevant and societal problem as part of the TAG team.
Currently an independent consultant, Jessie previously served as the head of the Marketing Sciences disciplines for the global RAPP Network, where she was responsible for analytics, data science and business intelligence capabilities. Prior positions at boutique agency THUNDER FACTORY and CRM giant Wunderman spanned analytics, business leadership, strategy and customer experience.
Jessie is a published writer and frequent speaker; marketing that matters, competing on customer experience, and data privacy & consumer trust are some of her favorite topics. Pioneering a digital measurement solution in the early 2000s and being named to the DM News 40 under 40 list in 2012 are some of her proudest accomplishments. Beach volleyball, music, and her messy modern family are some of her most precious passions.
Jessie fuels her brain, feeds her soul, and pays it forward as a long-time volunteer for Lollipop Theater Network and active member of the National Diversity Council, CXPA, and Urban Land Institute. She seeks to make a meaningful and lasting impact in everything she does.
Justin Mentink is a former Division 1 athlete who has battled depression and anxiety for the past 25+ years.
Justin was an All-State athlete in high school and continued his athletic career through college as a junior college basketball and baseball player and eventually a Division 1 baseball player at Washington State University from 1996-1998.
Justin’s athletic career was deeply impacted by his and his family’s battles with anxiety and depression, causing multiple transfers, eventually resulting in him being granted a 6th year of eligibility by the NCAA due to hardship caused by battles with clinical depression.
Justin graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication and a Minor in History. He then went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Education at City University.
Currently, Justin works as a middle school math teacher and high school baseball coach. Justin has coached many HS sports for the past 17 years, taking multiple teams to State Tournaments, including helping lead Todd Beamer High School’s baseball team to a 4th place finish in 2012. He is currently an assistant baseball coach at Sumner High School in Sumner, WA.
Justin has tried many different treatments for depression and anxiety and is determined to find a cure for himself, his family and anyone else battling the disease.
Justin currently resides in Lake Tapps, Washington with his wife Rachelle and three children, Jay(15), Taylor(12) and Trey(10).
Krish Coughran is an entrepreneur who brings over twenty years of business, internet marketing, management, legal and strategic planning experience to his professional life.
As Co-Founder, COO & President of Business Development for Ignite Visibility, he has created the initial strategic online marketing strategies for approximately 500 companies, ranging from small start-ups to large international corporations.

Krish possesses a B.A. in Political Science from UCSD (1996) and a Law Degree from the University of San Diego (2001). He was born and raised in Sacramento, California but has resided in San Diego since 1991. Krish lives with his wife Lauren, 3 ½-year-old son Xander and his 2-year-old daughter Sienna.
Emmy Winning Journalist
Michelle Alegria is a multi-Emmy winning on-air personality with more than 20 years of broadcast journalism experience.
Born and raised locally, Michelle studied broadcast journalism at Columbia College Chicago. She began her broadcast career as a reporter at KOBR-TV in Roswell, New Mexico. Her next move was to El Paso, Texas where she worked as a weekend news anchor and general assignment reporter at KTSM-TV.
Her career came full circle when she moved back to Chicago as a general assignment reporter at CLTV News. In 2000, Michelle was recruited by ABC-7 to become a personality on the station’s top-rated magazine show, “190 North.” She stayed in that role for 10 years, winning several Emmy Awards along the way and co-hosting the station’s live annual New Year’s Eve show, “Countdown Chicago.”
A class at Second City Chicago spurred her interest in acting, and she earned several roles as a TV reporter, most notably in Sofia Coppola’s “The Bling Ring,” and on popular TV shows including “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Castle,” and “How to Get Away with Murder.”

Paul Duddridge is a British-born, Hollywood-based writer and director with over thirty years of experience in all aspects of entertainment.
He began his career as a club promoter in the early 90’s London comedy scene.
This start rapidly led him to writing and producing for BBC television.
Moving into representation he discovered and managed the careers of some of the biggest names in UK comedy including Rob Brydon and Michael Mcintyre.
He created. wrote, produced, and directed a number of network shows in the UK predominantly for the talent he represented, working with everyone from Russell Brand to Sir Elton John.
After coming to Hollywood in 2007 he directed his first US feature Mothers And Daughters starring Susan Sarandon, Sharon Stone, Christina Ricci, Selma Blair, and Mira Sorvino.
He created a unique, long-form talk show for HULU with guests including Simon Cowell, Eli Roth, and Ryan Seacrest.
Paul is the US political correspondent for the British radio station TalkRadioUK and he also hosts the fastest-growing 2020 election candidates podcast in the US – 2020 Election: Meet the candidates, on which he is attempting to interview as many of the 950 candidates running for president as possible.
Ryan Barker is a Founder and Managing Partner of BERA Brand Management (BBM) working on a “soup to nuts” global platform to bridge the gap between marketing and finance. The platform will provide the CMO, his/her team and the broader c-suite a ‘turnkey’, repeatable solution for improving their ability to maximize brand performance and value (and the portfolio as a whole).
Prior to joining BERA Brand Management Ryan was EVP, Marketing & Decision Analytics at Vision Critical—worlds largest provider of Insight Community software where Ryan created the BERA (Brand Equity Relationship Assessment) platform which was later spun out to form BBM.
Ryan was Global Director of Brand Strategy at Young & Rubicams’ Brand Asset Valuator Consulting where he provided Brand Consulting to Fortune 500 Chief Marketing Officers.
Prior to joining Y&R, Ryan was in charge of the strategic marketing and implementation of a portal for a technology start-up company that creates interactive web-based multimedia for training applications. Ryan began his career working in Brazil for MB Consultoria Ltda., which consults for diverse clients interested in acquisition opportunities for growth companies in Brazil.
Ryan has an MBA in International Management with a focus on Global Marketing / E-commerce from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. He has a BA in Economics and Latin American Studies with a minor in Entrepreneurship & Management from the Johns Hopkins University.

Russ Nash is an Investor, Board Director and Advisor to several emerging, innovative companies in the health and technology segments. He was most recently on the Board of AbleTo, a rapidly growing behavioral health company that integrates the treatment of anxiety and depression with medical management and overall health improvement. Previously, he served in key senior management positions at Accenture, a leading global professional services company providing a range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations. Russ held positions that included Global Managing Director of Accenture’s Health Industry Group; and Managing Director of the U.S. Health Payer Client Group; and is currently a Senior Advisor to Accenture.
Prior to Accenture, he served as a Partner and Core Leader in the Health and Insurance Practice at McKinsey & Company. Russ has a wealth of experience working with the world’s leading health companies to deliver more effective care and higher quality and sustainable health outcomes.
He also served as an Executive Vice President at MarchFIRST/US Web Partner, as a Senior Partner at Mitchell Madison Group, APM (a health-focused consulting firm) and Towers Watson’s management consulting practice. Russ started his career as a Pricing Actuary and Director of Underwriting at Travelers Insurance Company. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Information Technology at the University of Connecticut.
Russ also was a co-founder of an award-winning yoga studio, and recently created the Center for Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine. He has a strong passion for integrating western & eastern medicine with different therapies and health improvement practices to motivate behavior change and significantly enhance health and longevity.

For over 20 years, Tim has leveraged creativity to solve business problems – first, as an advertising creative, then as an innovation consultant, and now as Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer for RPA, one of the leading independent advertising agencies in the U.S. He strives to help the agency be everything clients need it to be, before they know it’s what they need.
Tim joined RPA from Hyper Island – a Swedish school and business transformation consultancy – where he helped companies (including General Mills, Target, Ikea and many more) learn to thrive in a constantly changing digital world.
Before that, he was a Creative Director & Director of Creative Innovation at Saatchi & Saatchi NY, and he got his start at TBWA/Chiat/Day in Los Angeles, as a copywriter working on world-famous efforts like the Energizer Bunny and Taco Bell Chihuahua campaigns.
Tim is a frequent speaker at global events including the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, SXSW, TEDx, Advertising Week, Social Media Week, CPH Transform (Copenhagen) and many more.
