Erik is the founder and CEO of TAG. He is passionate about leveraging technology to empower, connect, and enhance the lives of people everywhere. He previously co-founded the advertising agency, Saffron Project and the LA-based production studio, McNulty Nielsen. He is an internationally recognized game creator, having won a Global Game of the Year nomination for his board game LINQ. Erik recently led Marketing Strategy at Southwest Airlines and has spent 20+ years advising numerous Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Verizon, P&G, Nike, MasterCard, MSN, The Oprah Winfrey Network, XBOX, Yahoo, and eBay. Erik is a lifelong tech enthusiast, having started his career at Accenture as a software developer. He and his wife Kellie reside in Dallas, Texas where they try their best to keep up with their twin children, Foster and Ellington.

After receiving his Ph.D. from Stanford University in 1983, Dr. Telch completed a post-doctoral fellowship in behavioral medicine and cardiovascular epidemiology in the Department of Psychiatry and the Center for Disease Prevention at Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Telch joined the clinical psychology faculty at the University of Texas at Austin in 1986 where he is currently Professor and founding director of the Laboratory for the Study of Anxiety Disorders and former Director of Clinical Training. He is a fellow of the Association for Psychological Science and the Association for the Advancement of Preventative Psychology. Dr. Telch is internationally recognized for his scientific research on the nature and treatment of panic, phobias and anxiety-related disorders. He has served as a scientific advisor to the National Institute of Mental Health’s Anxiety Disorders Education Program and the National Institute of Mental Health’s Panic Disorder Program. His published work has tackled a broad range of questions related to the nature and treatment of pathological fear across the full spectrum of anxiety disorders, and have utilized multiple research strategies including clinical trials, prospective longitudinal risk studies, experimental psychopathology, and controlled laboratory manipulations of cognitive, behavioral, and pharmacological strategies during exposure therapy. In addition, many of the graduate students that Dr. Telch has trained have gone on to make significant contributions to the field of anxiety disorders.

Dr. Tricia Doud is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been serving the Los Angeles area in a successful private practice for over a decade.
In conjunction to this work, she has served as a faculty member for extended periods at the University of California Los Angeles Neuropsychiatric Institute Departments of Psychiatry and Psychology, Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, as well as other professional appointments at graduate level universities.
She is considered an expert in her field and has worked with some of the leading researchers, academics and clinicians at the forefront of mental health interventions and advancements (i.e. at top world renowned institutes including The Menninger Clinic/Baylor Medical Center, UCLA Biobehavioral Sciences Center, Miami Children’s Hospital).
Dr. Doud has been recognized as a National Institute of Mental Health funded Postdoctoral Scholar, an American Psychological Association Accredited Predoctoral Intern, as well as a recipient of the Harris and Infant Mental Health Certification upon completion of an elective fellowship. She has also received research awards from the Uniformed Services Health Sciences Center and was contracted to supervise and assist developing an international program funded by the Department of Defense, where she traveled the world implementing psychological resources to military members and their families.
Her work has been published in various formats, including peer reviewed articles and chapters, and she has frequently been interviewed for her expertise via news formats such as the Huffington Post, and the American Foreign Press.
Her experience providing psychological interventions covers vastly diverse populations, including those who are impoverished and lacking resources, as well as elite celebrities and professionals.
Throughout her career, her interests have remained focused on providing preventative psychological care and tools before crisis arrives. To reflect this passion early on, her dissertation (and primary research) was titled, Fostering Resilience in Inner City Youth.

Dennis B. McMurray has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investment advisor, and technology professional. He served as the Founder & Managing Director of Investments for Bridge Wealth Management Group, a comprehensive financial services firm dedicated to helping individuals, foundations, and corporations improve their financial health. Dennis’ financial services career spanned nearly two decades. His entrepreneurial spirit kick-in and he began his technology pivot and co-founded the mobile application 2Truths and a Lie. He was instrumental to its success by spearheading the Go-To-Market strategy along with initiating the gamification optimizations for the platform. He started his collegiate career at the University of Irvine attaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, and later attended John F. Kennedy University where he completed his Doctorate in Psychology. In 2002 he started at Gateways as a Forensic Therapist, and shortly after progressed to Clinical Supervisor, Director of Quality Improvement/Risk Management, Chief Operations Officer, and eventually head of Gateway’s organization as its Chief Executive Officer.

She is currently working on her doctorate in Community Psychology with an emphasis on Liberation Studies and Eco Psychology. Hala is trained in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based psychotherapy that helps resolve trauma and its symptoms.
Hala is a co-founder of Off the Mat, Into the World, a training organization that bridges yoga and activism within a social justice framework. She leads trauma informed yoga trainings nationally. Andrea Bastiani Archibald, PhD is a developmental psychologist, thought leader and board member. Prior to joining GSUSA, Andrea was an assistant professor of psychology at Concordia College. Over the years, her work has been published in numerous academic volumes and peer-reviewed journals in the fields of child and adolescent development, including the Journal of Research on Adolescence and the International Journal of Eating Disorders. Her expertise has earned her media appearances on The Today Show, Good Morning America, Fox News, CNN, NPR, BuzzFeed, and Mashable, and in such publications as the Washington Times, Fast Company, and Parents magazine.

Brandon Hancock is Managing Director at Chapwood Investments responsible for developing and maintaining new client relationships with a primary focus on working with families and individuals in the sports and business sector. He is visible in the Los Angeles community due in large part to his collegiate football career and for his former role as an ESPN radio/television personality.
Mr. Hancock is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and also completed his master’s degree at the Annenberg School of Communication with an emphasis in Entertainment. Mr. Hancock won two national championships as an honorary captain of the Trojan football team and was named Academic All-Pac 10 and Student Athlete of the Year in 2005. He was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society, is a member of the Skull and Dagger Honor Society as well as USC’s varsity debate team, and finished his scholastic career among the top 25 of his graduating class.

Preceding his transition into the financial services industry, Brandon served as a sports commentator and broadcast analyst for the University of Southern California, Fox Sports West, ABC Sports, and ESPN. Erik Stone has worked in various facets of the entertainment industry for over two decades, initially as on-air talent hosting a teen magazine show and, most recently, at the leading edge of healthcare and consumer-facing streaming video. After studying English Literature at UCLA and dipping his toe in the water as a commercial editor, Erik started his first specialty video production company in the martial arts space. He returned to traditional entertainment working in feature film development and physical production for one of Hollywood’s most prolific Producers, John Davis. While working on-set of some Hollywood’s biggest family-film franchises, on the side he was writing and producing some of the earliest and most popular video content for social media pioneer, MySpace, with frequent collaborator and TAG founder, Erik Nielsen. Erik left Davis to manage writers and directors and sell original script ideas to the studios from talent management firm, ROAR. During a writers’ strike he launched their alternative TV Department and went on to produce unscripted TV series and specials for The CW, Sony Pictures Television, Comedy Central and Fox. He joined the founding team of video streaming start-up, TV4 Entertainment, which he helped grow into an exciting production, content aggregation and distribution operation that made Fast Company’s 2019 list of “Most Innovative Companies: Film and TV.” He has produced dozens of hours of content for interest-specific streaming channels, series for outlets like Hulu and Virgin Airlines, theatrically-released feature films and a celebrated documentaries. An invitation to present to one of the world’s largest cancer clinical trial organizations about the importance of video in patient acquisition and retention became the entry point to producing and live-streaming cancer-related content. After producing award-winning pieces for hospital groups and organizations around specific diseases and patient cohorts, Erik and TV4 decided to spin out DHN (Digital Health Networks) as a leader in disease-specific streaming video channels. Justin Mentink is a former Division 1 athlete who has battled depression and anxiety for the past 25+ years.
Justin was an All-State athlete in high school and continued his athletic career through college as a junior college basketball and baseball player and eventually a Division 1 baseball player at Washington State University from 1996-1998.
Justin’s athletic career was deeply impacted by his and his family’s battles with anxiety and depression, causing multiple transfers, eventually resulting in him being granted a 6th year of eligibility by the NCAA due to hardship caused by battles with clinical depression.
Justin graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication and a Minor in History. He then went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Education at City University.
Currently, Justin works as a middle school math teacher and high school baseball coach. Justin has coached many HS sports for the past 17 years, taking multiple teams to State Tournaments, including helping lead Todd Beamer High School’s baseball team to a 4th place finish in 2012. He is currently an assistant baseball coach at Sumner High School in Sumner, WA.
Justin has tried many different treatments for depression and anxiety and is determined to find a cure for himself, his family and anyone else battling the disease.
Justin currently resides in Lake Tapps, Washington with his wife Rachelle and three children, Jay(15), Taylor(12) and Trey(10).

Born and raised locally, Michelle studied broadcast journalism at Columbia College Chicago. She began her broadcast career as a reporter at KOBR-TV in Roswell, New Mexico. Her next move was to El Paso, Texas where she worked as a weekend news anchor and general assignment reporter at KTSM-TV.
Her career came full circle when she moved back to Chicago as a general assignment reporter at CLTV News. Previously, he served in key senior management positions at Accenture, a leading global professional services company providing a range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations. Russ held positions that included Global Managing Director of Accenture’s Health Industry Group; and Managing Director of the U.S. Health Payer Client Group; and is currently a Senior Advisor to Accenture.
Prior to Accenture, he served as a Partner and Core Leader in the Health and Insurance Practice at McKinsey & Company. Russ has a wealth of experience working with the world’s leading health companies to deliver more effective care and higher quality and sustainable health outcomes.
He also served as an Executive Vice President at MarchFIRST/US Web Partner, as a Senior Partner at Mitchell Madison Group, APM (a health-focused consulting firm) and Towers Watson’s management consulting practice. Russ started his career as a Pricing Actuary and Director of Underwriting at Travelers Insurance Company. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Information Technology at the University of Connecticut.
Russ also was a co-founder of an award-winning yoga studio, and recently created the Center for Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine. He has a strong passion for integrating western & eastern medicine with different therapies and health improvement practices to motivate behavior change and significantly enhance health and longevity.

For over 20 years, Tim has leveraged creativity to solve business problems – first, as an advertising creative, then as an innovation consultant, and now as Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer for RPA, one of the leading independent advertising agencies in the U.S. He strives to help the agency be everything clients need it to be, before they know it’s what they need.
Tim joined RPA from Hyper Island – a Swedish school and business transformation consultancy – where he helped companies (including General Mills, Target, Ikea and many more) learn to thrive in a constantly changing digital world.
Before that, he was a Creative Director & Director of Creative Innovation at Saatchi & Saatchi NY, and he got his start at TBWA/Chiat/Day in Los Angeles, as a copywriter working on world-famous efforts like the Energizer Bunny and Taco Bell Chihuahua campaigns.
Tim is a frequent speaker at global events including the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, SXSW, TEDx, Advertising Week, Social Media Week, CPH Transform (Copenhagen) and many more.
