Brandon Hancock

Brandon Hancock is Managing Director at Chapwood Investments responsible for developing and maintaining new client relationships with a primary focus on working with families and individuals in the sports and business sector. He is visible in the Los Angeles community due in large part to his collegiate football career and for his former role as an ESPN radio/television personality.

Mr. Hancock is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and also completed his master’s degree at the Annenberg School of Communication with an emphasis in Entertainment. Mr. Hancock won two national championships as an honorary captain of the Trojan football team and was named Academic All-Pac 10 and Student Athlete of the Year in 2005. He was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society, is a member of the Skull and Dagger Honor Society as well as USC’s varsity debate team, and finished his scholastic career among the top 25 of his graduating class.

Prior to joining Chapwood Investments, Mr. Hancock worked with The Schulten Group of Wells Fargo Advisors and Barron’s top 1,000 firms. Preceding his transition into the financial services industry, Brandon served as a sports commentator and broadcast analyst for the University of Southern California, Fox Sports West, ABC Sports, and ESPN. In addition to his on-air duties, Mr. Hancock successfully marketed and operated events for the ESPN family of networks, authored monthly editorial columns, and managed relationships with key sponsors.

Mr. Hancock continues to serve on the Oversight Committee for Athletic and Academic Affairs at USC is a guest lecturer on various panels within the school and remains active in the sports media field.
