Fabrizio Zappaterra
Fabrizio Zappaterra is a Partner of Lion Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on the consumer sector. Prior to joining Lion Capital, Fabrizio led Naga Partners, a search and development vehicle backed by Lion. He began his private equity career in Europe at Lion Capital, serving as an intern during business school and later as an Associate and then Principal. He subsequently held senior positions at Silver Point Capital, Apollo Management, and Searchlight Capital Partners. Prior to joining Lion during business school, he worked four years in M&A advisory and private equity in New York City. He is a director of Hunter Boot Limited, DMC Crafts Group, and Temperley London, and additionally serves as chairman of Rum Kitchen and Gruppo Menghi. Fabrizio received his BS in Quantitative Economics and his BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. He also holds an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller scholar.
